Our À La Carte options feature savory delights like Pesto-Stuffed Turkey Roulade, Vegan Grilled Vegetable & Polenta, and a variety of sides including Parmesan Truffle Orzo and Oven-Roasted Candied Brussels Sprouts. Be sure to save room for our signature Apple Pie with Cinnamon Roll Crust or enjoy a glass of Autumn Hibiscus Cider to complete your meal.

Apple Pie Cinnamon Roll Crust

To make things even easier, orders can be picked up or delivered cold or hot with heating instructions until 3:00 pm on Wednesday, November 27th, or Thursday, November 28th, 2024. Just be sure to place your order by 12:00 pm on Monday, November 25th.

*Note: The minimum order for delivery is $350.00 in food & beverage before tax and delivery charge. Orders may be picked up at our commissary using the Showroom Door.

Creative Ways to Use Thanksgiving Leftovers

We know that may sound like a lot of food if you’re having a smaller gathering – but that might actually be a good thing! Arguably the best part of Thanksgiving dinner is the leftovers. With some creativity, you can turn your extra turkey, stuffing, and mashed potatoes that you order from us into exciting meals for the days that follow. 

Not only will it keep you from wasting food or getting tired of the same leftovers, but it is much more sustainable! When you make these recipes from scratch, you may find yourself tossing potato peels or throwing away onion skins when you can actually compost or use these scraps for vegetable broths and other recipes. Plus, making fun new recipes from Thanksgiving leftovers is a wonderful way to send your guests off with extras or continue to host any family that stays in town after the big day. 

Try making some of these delicious treats with our leftovers from your order with us! Here are some fun recipe ideas to try:

Pumpkin Pie Truffles

A rich and spiced treat made from leftover pumpkin pie filling, rolled into bite-sized balls, and dipped in melted chocolate.

Yield: 24 truffles

Ingredients:

  • 1 – 9” Pumpkin Pie
  • 2 bags of Coating Chocolate (Candy Melts)
  • ½ cup Pecans (optional)

Directions

  1. Break up the pie into a stand mixer. Break up the pie until it is somewhat smooth but not completely mixed together.
  2. Scoop out 1” pieces and shape into balls. Put onto a baking tray with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
  3. Put into the freezer for 1 hour until almost (but not completely frozen).
  4. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Dip truffles in white chocolate, letting excess drop off before placing back on the baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle desired garnish on top.
  6. Let chocolate set and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  7. Possible garnishes include: chopped nuts, cinnamon sprinkle, or chopped candied ginger.

Turkey, Cranberry & Brie Egg Rolls

A unique twist on traditional egg rolls using leftover turkey and creamy brie.

Yield: 10 Egg Rolls

Ingredients:

Egg Roll

  • 10 Egg Roll Wrappers
  • 1 cup Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Shredded
  • ½ cup Cranberry Sauce
  • ¼ tsp Salt & Pepper
  • 10 Slices Brie Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Cranberry Mustard Dipping Sauce

  • ½ cup Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • ¼ Salt & Pepper

Directions

  1. Shred cooked turkey and combine with cranberry sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut brie into ⅕” pieces
  3. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
  4. Fill each wrapper with approximately .5 oz of turkey and 1 piece of cheese.
  5. With a fingertip, lightly brush water around the edges of the egg roll wrapper.
  6. Bring long edge up and over the top
  7. Fold in each side, tightly and then continue to roll forward. Make sure all edges are sealed.
  8. Brush very lightly with vegetable oil.
  9. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden and crispy.
  10. Serve with dipping sauce, if desired.

Potato Pancakes with Bread Stuffing

Combine your mashed potatoes and stuffing for a savory breakfast treat.

Yield: 15 Potato Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Mashed Red Skin Potatoes
  • 1 lb Fran’s Turkey Stuffing (or any other type of stuffing)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 6 tbsp Unsalted Butter, Melted
  • ¼ tsp Salt and Pepper
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tbsp Green Onion, Chopped

Directions

  1. Put leftover mashed potatoes in a bowl and leftover stuffing in a different bowl.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs together. Add half the egg and flour to each bowl.
  3. Mix potatoes and stuffing together trying to keep a “swirl” texture (not completely combined).
  4. Shape into 3 oz (use ⅓ cup) patties that are ½” thick.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the butter and melt.
  6. Add patties to the skillet and fry 3-5 minutes per side to give color and heat through.
  7. Garnish with sour cream and chopped scallion.
